A highly stable Vitamin C derivative favoured in Korean beauty formulations.

How it works

Ethyl Ascorbic Acid has an ethyl group attached to the 3-position of ascorbic acid, greatly improving stability and penetration. It converts to ascorbic acid in the skin and functions as both a tyrosinase inhibitor and antioxidant. It is water and oil soluble, making it versatile in formulations.
